Hello!
We've been busy this week - lots of work stuff. I managed to complete a first aide course through work this week. YAY, another thing off the list of things to do. I've spent today doing a bit of sewing - I've made a table runner but I think I'll have to go outside to take pics of it. Meanwhile, the kids and I have been down to the veggie patch to pick the broccoli - 3 huge heads. My kids love the stuff. I've been using the lettuce and only picking what I need each day. Everything else is looking good - the strawberries and snow peas have started to flower! The photos are a bit out of order too - sorry.
chooks were especially pleased with the broccoli leftovers!
speaking of chooks, we had this egg the other day - almost twice the size of our normal ones. the egg carton can't close because of it LOL

Looks like "green acres" is the place to be LOL. WOW what a terrific vegie patch and how awesome is that egg. Hate to be the poor chook who popped that one out.
