6 June 1 kg this week - a total of 10.5kg gone. Only a few to go. I think I'm learning what I can eat and what I can sneek in LOL
29 May 800g for me this week. I'm a total of 9.5kg gone now. Originally I wanted to shed 10kg but now I've added another few kilos onto that, so not much more to go. I'm really feeling the cold this winter though LOL
23 May 300g lighter this week.
14 May 900g loss! I'm now only just off goal, excitement. I've packed away a lot of my clothes that are too big including some I bought just before our trip away in March. There is less things to choose from to wear but its a good feeling. Still soldiering on this week.
7 May 400g loss this week. My excuse? I ate out far too much including big steaks with gravy and chinese takeaway AND la Porchetta. Will I'm stuck back into it this week.
5 May I've been out shopping a few times, I didn't realise how good a shopper my hubby was! I've managed a few new things, all size 12 and I even tried my wedding dress on for our anniversary and OMG it fit! Probably could have done with an extral kilo or two to make it easier to zip up but hey, I don't care LOL. I still have 6kg to go to goal. I've changed my goal weight, just to get down to definate size 12 lol.
29 April 1kg gone. Thats over 7kg already!
22 April 1.6kg loss - I'm on a roll and haven't had too many moments where I want to give up. Total of over 6kg lost now!of 3.4kg this week!!
15 April 1.1kg loss!
Easter did well, no eggs or X buns. Camping was great and fitted well into the program. Happy Happy!
6 april loss of 3.4 kg!
30 march signed up and weighed in - goal is 10kgs.
